Eureka

Coming from Sicily, California, the lemon tree 'Eureka' was born in 1860. It is the most cultivated lemon tree in the world. It is often referred to as 'Lemon tree 4 seasons' because of its great floribundity. In spring, when it matures, the fruit becomes harmoniously oval and of medium size. The color of the epidermis is yellow, with a very perfumed zest. The flesh is pale yellow in color. The very acid pulp offers an abundant juice which makes this fruit very appreciated in culinary use.
